Elizabeth Alberts, MSW, LCSW
My approach to treatment has been shaped by my many years of experience of working with families, couples, and individuals. I bring both an informed and heart-centered voice to the nature of healing, along with the belief that individuals and couples want to have meaningful and fulfilled relationships, to cultivate what is best within themselves, and to enhance their experiences of love, work, and play.
When I began exploring Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I found that the treatment model aligned with my instincts. Since completing my EFT Externship with Sue Johnson, EdD and George Faller, LMFT, I have enjoyed working with clients to build stronger and more supportive relational bonds and have found EFT to be a transformative experience.
